How Selling Your Data Center Equipment Works

Selling to Data Center Buyers is a straightforward, four-step process designed to be fast, transparent, and completely hands-off for your team.

Step 1: Send your asset list

Email us a list or photos of your equipment — models, quantities, and condition. No list? We’ll help you build one. The more detail you provide — make, model, capacity, age, condition, and quantity — the more precise your offer.

Step 2: Get a written offer

We benchmark every line against live secondary-market demand and return a firm, no-obligation written offer, typically within one business day. No hidden deductions, no consignment — just a clear number.

Step 3: We handle removal

On approval, our crews schedule de-installation, rigging, and insured freight — nationwide. For occupied or energized equipment, we plan a safe de-installation sequence with licensed crews. Data-bearing devices are securely wiped or physically destroyed, with a certificate of destruction available on request.

Step 4: Get paid

You’re paid by check or wire on pickup or per agreed terms. You receive a complete paper trail: bill of sale, asset manifest, certificates of destruction on request, and recycling records for anything not resold.

What information do you need?

Equipment type, make/model, quantity, age, and condition — plus photos if available. For data-bearing devices, let us know your data-destruction requirements so we can include secure wiping or destruction in the scope.
